Six Things You Didn't Know You Needed To Know About Book Blogger Bodicia from A Woman's Wisdom

Bodicia blogs at A Woman's Wisdom, a place to discover fabulous storytellers, book reviews, author interviews, guest blogs, humour, articles and more. Bodicia is based in the UK and has a large extended family who are always up to some malarkey or other...catch up with them in her free humour series Tales From The Manor on her blog.

BET YOU DIDN'T KNOW:

1. Bodicia likes her digital art and is often to be found trying to draw a straight line freehanded on her computer and failing.

2. When Bodicia was younger she liked to climb mountains just because she could. The one mountain she meant to climb but never did was Ben Nevis. It isn't going anywhere so maybe one day?

3. Bodicia is a bit of a snapper and takes her camera with her wherever she goes. This is a shot she took in the summer.

4. Bodicia's favourite colour is lime green. This is because it reminds her of chocolate limes and anything with chocolate in is good. She has chocolate coloured leather settees in a lime coloured living room. Willy Wonka would love it.

5. Bodicia never learnt to long divide on paper as she was away with chicken pox when they did this at her junior school. It didn't hold her back in the same way learning about trigonometry hasn't pushed her forward.

6. Wasps really get Bodicia in a tizzy. Give her a snake, a rat or a scorpion and that would be great. Put her in a room with a wasp and she would tell you anything you want to know just to get the heck out of there!

  2. Brilliant! Good to learn a little about you Bodicia. I love chocs, hate wasps and long division isn't my favourite pastime either. We have much in common! Now climbing a mountain is something I haven't contemplated yet. What a fabulous idea! You do so much Indie authors I'm very glad you have a chance to be interviewed yourself here by Mary Ann. Loved it! Must visit Tales of the Manor soon to see what it's all about!

  3. There haven't been that many wasps around this year have there? Some years they are dreadful and I'm not too keen but one on one I'm ok. I love the photo you took Bodicia, really beautiful. I'd like to take better photos but I'm too impatient. Well done Mary Ann on getting the most prolific blogger I know on the other end of the process - very entertaining :-)

  4. Great post! (And don't worry about the math. If God meant us to do long division, She wouldn't have given us Google calculator. Plus, I'm pretty sure there's no such thing as calculus in the real world...)

    1. I think you are right about the calculus, Barb and even if there was, who needs it?! ;-) heehee

    1. It's a pet name, Anita and when I started on Twitter I simply spelt it in one of the few ways it isn't already spelt as I didn't know at that point I was going to start book blogging. Now I just look like I can't spell but there you go haha :-)
