Book Review - Bargain Bride, Billionaire Groom

5 of 5 stars:
Downloaded Bargain Bride and Millionaire Groom and within two hours I had it read, delighting in the feel-good feelings, lifted spirits, and with abounding hope that only a well thought out romance story could bring to a reader. For over two hours I forgot my reality as I entered theirs entertaining a wide range of emotions: dismayed, charmed, enchanted, discouraged, hopeful, frightful, arousal, relieved and contentment.

From the beginning, the story captured its essences in Maui, the mystery in the visit, the complications of greedy people in life and the yearnings of a woman and a man. The story didn't slow down at all as it traveled to Colorado and the Maui born and raised girl got a taste of the Colorado snow...and the iciness of jealousy.

Romance within a marriage; however, being a successful business man drove them apart when an event occurred that could destroy their lives forever...

The grammar, punctuation, cohesion, fluency, character portrayal, character depth, supporting characters and story continuity was excellent.

I am eagerly looking forward to reading more from this author!

Book Review - The Adventures of Cecilia Spark: The Brimstone Forest

5 out of 5 Stars! Review for The Adventures of Cecilia Spark: The Brimstone Forest (Volume 1)

Refreshing!, October 11, 2012
By K. Meador

Delightful, Charming, Adorable, Captivating, Enchanting, Refreshing....Need I really go on?

Cecilia, a ten year adventuress finds herself a friend while collaborating to escape and survive the many dangers of The Brimstone Forest.

I loved the references made in here to the snapdragons as it brings fond memories back of when my mom used to say "snapdragon" when she forgot something as I was growing up.

I loved the imagery presented by the author. The book was easy to read and I was easily able to relate to Cecilia!

This is a wonderful children's book which needs to grace the bookshelves in your home and read often to your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews alike!

Interesting 20th Century fact: 1982 Henry VIII's flagship Mary Rose was raised to the surface after 437 years at the bottom of the Solent.  After a long and successful career, the Mary Rose sank on July 19, 1545 off Portsmouth, during an engagement with a French fleet which had attacked the English coast. The reason for the sinking is still a mystery, although many theories exist. Human error and indiscipline amongst the crew are possible explanations. Almost all of the men on board drowned.
